PROCESS

Based on the criteria set by our esteemed board of advisors products and services are awarded one to five dots. Through the network of our independent researchers around the word, Green Dots™ evaluates every applicants through a combination of surveys, interviews and site visits. Our consultants do their best to investigate, evaluate and present the information in the most honest and objective manner. The research is then presented to the our board of researchers for their ratings. Green Dot Certification™ are issued on an annual basis. Ultimately, our goal is is to achieve a healthier and cleaner environment around the world by helping businesses integrate environmental responsibility into their operations in a manner that is sustainable as well as profitable.

Once you submit your application and the questioner a green consultant will contact you. The green dots certification process may take from a week to two months to complete the verification. When the verification is done, the processing of issuing the actual certification take only one week. You will be given access to print the certification and a seal to use for your products/services.

FEES
There is a one time non-refundable charge of $250 for each product or services you register with Green Dots. Each year after, there is a $25 fee to maintain the certification status, given there has been no changes in the product or services.
