Green Dots Certification™'s mission is to recognize and celebrate businesses that are committed to sustainable development by either the good practices by which they operate or because of the ecologically friendly goods and services they offer, and that adhere to high environmental standards in their business practices. . Our commitment is to provide the consumers, unbiased, independently researched ratings of one to five green dots, to help them make healthier, more sustainable choices in every day life.

Based on the criteria set by our esteemed board of advisors products and services are awarded one to five dots. Through the network of our independent researchers around the word, Green Dots™ evaluates every applicants through a combination of surveys, interviews and site visits. Our consultants do their best to investigate, evaluate and present the information in the most honest and objective manner. The research is then presented to the our board of researchers for their ratings. Green Dot Certification™ are issued on an annual basis.
